The other times you would win some/lose some, but usually get to play a while on your budget. Back in the day, meaning 4 years ago or so, you could go two nights a month or so, and hit a jackpot maybe three or four times in a year.
It is just silly to see how tight the slots have gotten. We have been going here for several years (maybe about 10 or so).
